Fees & conditions
Venue hire
$50 per hour with a $200 bond plus $12 public liability insurance.
Full day (9am – 11pm) $350.
Please note that you need to allow set up and clean up times into your bookings.
Venue hires available 9am-1pm, and 2-pm onwards.
* If you wish to hire for a period longer than the morning session, the full day price of $350 will be charged.
Anyone entering Brunswick Neighbourhood House venues must check-in using either a QR code, or the sign-in book on the hall table.
All people must show proof of full vaccination.
The venue is not available for hire for teenage or 21st birthday parties.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to take all rubbish with them at the end of the period of hire.
To ensure a safe and peaceful space for everyone, amplified music and alcohol restrictions apply.
