Master the art of bagel-making with our fabulous and friendly tutor, Cass!Learn to mix, shape, boil, and bake perfect bagels at home. You’ll pick up expert tips on preferments, low hydration dough, and slow cold proofing. Plus, enjoy a freshly made bagel together at the end!
