Focaccia & Ciabatta – Italian Breadmaking Masterclass
This workshop focuses on two Italian classics: ciabatta and focaccia. Led by our cook tutor and baking expert Cass Hogan, this 3-hour class will guide you through key artisan techniques—from dough hydration to developing flavour and structure. Perfect for those who’ve taken our pizza workshop or anyone ready to dive deeper into bread making.
Please bring along the following materials on the day.
Mixing bowl approx 3 liters in volume.
Apron if you have one.
A take away container approx 3 liters in volume.
A tea towel
