Brunswick Multicultural Festival
The Brunswick Multicultural Festival is a free event hosted by Brunswick Neighbourhood House. It is all about celebrating our diverse community in a fun and family-friendly way.
Originating in 2018, this festival takes place in Spring, in Warr Park. People from different cultural backgrounds come together to have fun, connect and celebrate. There’s something for everyone, no matter your age or interests. Let’s join the party and celebrate Brunswick’s multicultural spirit!
Keen to Get Involved?
We’re seeking people and groups who can help us create a vibrant celebration of culture, creativity and community, including:
- Musicians and singers
- Dancers and cultural performance groups
- Storytellers and spoken word artists
- Arts, craft and creative workshop facilitators
- Cultural demonstrations and interactive activities
- Community groups wanting to share their culture
Be part of a community-led festival
Brunswick Multicultural Festival is a community-led celebration, and we welcome people who are interested in contributing their time, skills and creativity.
We’re offering opportunities to participate through:
- Volunteering your time and talents
- A mutually beneficial exchange arrangement, which may include complimentary venue hire at Brunswick Neighbourhood House for future rehearsals, workshops, performances, meetings or events.
