Community Support Hub

Our Community Support Hub is a free weekly drop-in service providing you with practical support, information, digital assistance and referrals.

It is delivered by volunteers and students who are available to help you complete forms, use your phone or online systems, review your resume, find education pathways or connect with appropriate community organisations.

Times available:

Wednesdays, 12pm-2pm until 30 September 2026

How to access the Community Support Hub:

Access via a ticket by visiting Brunswick Neighbourhood House between the times available and speaking with reception. You will be given a place in the queue and will wait in the waiting area. You will be called upon when it is your turn.

What we will help you with: 

• Navigating MyGov and Centrelink
• Completing forms
• Reviewing resumes and job applications
• Using your phone, tablet or computer 
• Navigating online systems 
• Identifying education pathways 
• Finding services, local organisations and community information

What we will not help you with: 

• Counselling
• Case management
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Migration advice
